I have a SP4 that no longer boots. I've tried all options in the troubleshoot options to no avail. It won't reset or restore or repair. I have a bootable usb drive from my desktop computer 64bit Windows 10 home. Can i re-install windows 10 on a surface pro 4 from a usb stick? When it boots off of the usb there are 4 partitions, including the usb, that show up.
